Small Group leaders organize their group’s meetings, manage their group’s activity in PCO, and connect with our leadership to stay healthy and growing as a leader.

What can a Small Group Leader expect from Urgent

All Small Group Leaders are provided with content each week to help spark conversation and pursue Jesus together! This helps leaders to stay focused so that they can connect with and care for the members of their group.
