Leadership

Mike and Kaitlin are the founders and lead pastors of Urgent Church. They are passionate about seeing lives changed by the radical love of Jesus Christ and to help people from all walks of life develop their God given calling. They are ordained ministers of the IPHC with a Bachelors in Christian Ministry from Emmanuel College. Pastor Mike and Kaitlin have a two year old son named Peayton and a sweet dog named Bella.

Brian and Allison lead our small group ministry called, Circles. They are passionate about seeing people become fully devoted followers of Jesus. They serve our community to see people walk into their full kingdom potential. They serve along side of their three boys: Braxton, Brennan, and Brayden.

Brandon and Heather Goodson serve as our worship directors. They are passionate about leading our community into the presence of God. They serve to see our church raise up the next generation of worship leaders. They have three children: Addison, Mack, and Beckham.

Rodney and Tennille serve as our children's pastors! They are passionate about leading our children and encouraging families to follow Jesus. They serve to see families empowered by the gospel to make a huge kingdom difference! 

Ryan and Jennifer Welch serve as our Finance Directors. They oversee the financial position of our church, and how we steward the resources that God has provided. They are passionate about seeing people trust God with their finances, and walk in generosity. They have two children: Khloe and Jonathan.

Travis serves our church as the assistant to the lead pastor. He works diligently to help our pastor and team accomplish the vision God has given to Urgent church. He is passionate about our student ministry, and plans to become a full time minister.

Brennan serves our church as the media coordinator. Brennan ensure that our livestream is topnotch and plays a big part in filming everything we need to accomplish the vision God has given to Urgent church. He is passionate about videography and media ministry, and plans to become a full time graphic designer.
