Jesus told us to go into all the world and share the good news of what He has done on the cross.

Our church is passionate about reaching those around us, serving our community, and making disciples.

PURSUING THE 4 INITIATIVES OF LUKE 4

18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; 19 To proclaim the

acceptable year of the Lord.”

SHARE.

Jesus has called his church to be a people of faith, and to share our story with others as an example of His grace that we have received. We are passionate about sharing the Gospel message.

SEE.

"I was blind but now I see!" There are miracles all around us, and we are passionate about taking notice to the presence of God. When we share the gospel and serve those around us we get to see miracles unfold in our midst.

SERVE.

Jesus said, "Even the Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve and give His life as a ransom for many." We passionately pursue this position in the kingdom of God as His servant by serving those around us.

SEND.

"Whom shall I send? Lord, send me." This was the prayer of Isaiah, and it is our prayer for the people of our church. As God raises up leaders in our church we want to be faithful to release them to impact the world.

VISION CAMPAIGN

God is bringing increase to our community! We want to be faithful to sow into the harvest so that we might be good stewards of the opportunity God has given our church. Starting December 4th, 2022 we will begin a new vision campaign with a five year vision goal to build a Hope Center, and plant another church!

The mission of Urgent Church is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

The vision of Urgent Church is create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their lord and savior. 

REACH ONE

The greatest gift you could ever give someone is the invitation to hear the life changing message of Jesus. God is still saving people everyday with His Gospel and we get to be apart of the greatest story ever told!

SERVE ONE

Throughout the Bible Jesus encouraged and commanded that His church would be a community of people that would do anything to serve others. Jesus came not to be served but to serve, and we desire to follow His example.

DISCIPLE ONE

Being a disciple is more than just listening to christian music, and good sermons. It's so much deeper than that! It's being willing to pour out your life for Christ into other people so that they can have the tools they need to allow God to use them. Disciples make Disciples.
